Witchy sketch

This was just a quick warm-up sketch that turned into something cool. Spontaneous drawings often have more movement and feeling than ones that I over-think and as a result, I usually like them more. This was done with a blackwing pencil--I'm still in awe of how many shades/weights this pencil is capable of.

This is my costume this year! Everything is hand made (except for the crows). This is one of my favorite costumes yet! Thanks mom, for taking these great photos!

Been too busy making my costume, going on vacation, and prepping for our massive Halloween party to post anything here. Hope this starts to make up for it!
